Well, it sat again since my last post until today. Reconnected the battery, put some fuel in the tank (I drained it this time), bit of choke and it's up and running again.

I just got mine running again. The head gasket let go over the 10 years of storage. Running sweet again.
Next to fix will be all the seals and hoses in the hydraulics.
