I was perusing the internet and went to the Japanese Delta web site and found these
Check the link out (Its in Japanese so you will need to have google translator active)

They have them all over eBay, do a search for "7 Projector" in vehicle parts.

I do like the google translate:
Power consumption is small, bright LED latest model than halogen or xenon light.
New released as a mini dedicated
squid rings of the left and right in a small shines!
Makeover to cool MINI tightening the face of your MINI in the Black Series!
Bright LED, is also friendly to the battery.
There is no doubt to the epidemic in the classic Mini.
Lighting ring will flash when you put the indicator with the turn signal function.
(※ If you want to use a turn signal feature is necessary wiring processing.)
Who Please try earlier than.

Has anyone installed these and have pics?
They're not the most aesthetically pleasing lights in the world but they seem like an easy headlight conversion to projector type.

What are the legalities of these? When I was researching DIY conversions quite a while ago I remember seeing these types of kits are illegal as the HID/ projector lights require a self leveling ballast and other measures to ensure you don't accidently blind other people on the roads (not like they seem to work on factory cars anyway).

A chap in sydney minis/sprite club has the LEDs, but in a ring around the periphery, rather than projector ones.
His car is a regular runner so imagine RWC is fine.

They look a bit modern, kind of cool but also maybe not fitting a classic mini? The glass is flatter at the front and the lens is quite clear so just looks a bit different.
Probably looks pretty mad at night though!

We fit very similar to our trucks. Still a 7" insert. The ones we fit are narva or speaker brand. I assume they legal.
