I shaved about 1mm off the mini drive dog, as the holes wouldn't line up, and it fitted.. But after bashing the pin into it, and cutting the lug off etc.. Theres now about 1mm of room between the shaft and the mini drive dog  It wasn't there before.. have I broken something inside? Or could something have just been stuck? waste of a mini drive dog?

It was stuck..  Put a mini thrust washer on too..

Oh cool I was thinking of that, but not sure if it would be a bad idea or not.. pity I lost the mini washer  I'll have to go look for it. Thanks doc!
