I haven't had time to read this but it might be useful to some, it's an article on how to get rid of the mini's heater and replace it with something smaller and more efficient. Particularly JAM as he's always whinging about how ugly the heater in JAM is

Hmmmm, very neat. Page is a bit light on details, but giving me ideas

But that's exactly what a matic under bonnet heater does... that and doubles your radiator capacity... One recently sold at the meet for $30, to me of course

aside: why would you want your motor to cool to 40 degrees? looks like he removed his thermo stat |
