Can anybody suggest a good place to source some stainless bumpers with over riders and corner bars to fit my 66 Deluxe shell?

Is it better to buy new ones, or can 2nd hand ones be picked up in good condition.

Also I am keen to put a Mini K style grille onto it (at the moent it has an 850 grille)\

She is a project in need of a lot of love... Please help her

Mini sport in SA have new sets, in stainless. Otherwise check e-bay but be careful it is easy to hide dents. Haven't heard of any other places with second hand ones? Most have dents, as they are at least 34 years old by now....

Cheers

Classic Motoring in Fyshwick can get them in I believe, they didn't have any 2nd hand bumpers when I asked.

Other place is Karcraft in Sydney they had a good selection of genuine/non genuine, chrome/stainless, budgie bar/ no budgies thanks and thier prices on bumper bars seemed good to me.

Karcraft and Classic Motoring can probably both help with the grill as well :D

I'd get some of them aswell.. but $500 is a bit much, can't trust crappy drivers trying to park and put dints in them

I just bought new stainless front and rear bumpers for my 67 Deluxe from Karcraft in Sydney. They were about $93 each and the catalog says that the over riders are about $120 for the full front and rear set. I didn't get the over riders but this seems very reasonable for brand new items that will make the car look outstanding.

Also keep in mind that you would have to pay for freight but in my opinion it is still a good deal.
