alot of work gone into this by the looks of it but has done the best job ever super neat and it looks as if it is a small bore motor this was taken from

You can see the 2 fuel rails in position, these are nothing fancy, just an old cavalier one cut up into bits and cheap fittings welded into the ends.Jenvey charge a fortune for there own super billet, mega light, mega bling ones.A shagged out Cavalier one costs pence from a tat yard, and if you get ut wrong first time there are hundreds more in the yard waiting to be fitted to a decent car.
Shows just how small the RHB5 is compared to a T3,you can see the exhaust/waste gate housing bolted into place. The elbow for exhaust pipe is an 2" bsp pipe fitting from a plumbers, the tapered seat on the end for the exhaust flange was formed by building up a bead of weld an machining it to the correct shape. The oil return is also a bespoke item, again just made from scrap. You can also just see the exhaust manifold adapter I made sticking out of the heat wrap.
This shows the inlet manifold adapter made to to allow the throttle body to be fitted to the MG Metro manifold. The metro manifold is a better shape than the Turbo one.Again fuel rails for both injectors clearly in view.
General hot end assembly, easy to see the home made exhaust/wategate end.
How it all fits under the bonnet, the intercooler pipes are mandrel exhaust bends.
still a fair bit of room around throttle body and plenum chamber. The plenum chamber internals I believe are crutial for a good turbo set up.
The second injector is just out of the picture, you can see its electrical connection plug just sticking out.A heat sheild has to be made to protect it from the heat of the turbo
I hope this makes the picturs a bit clearer,if any body wants anything else explaining or construction advice, just email me at arvgkarv@aol .com,I will try to answer your questions or send a specific photo of what you want.
Graham.
