Folks, I'm looking to blank off the distributor hole now that I have a new ignition system, but most of what's available is for A series (I have A+). Does anyone know what the dizzy diameter is? I'm thinking about using a good old fashioned welch plug (with suitable sealant!). Thanks. |

PM `benjamin' on here, he sells a Bling CNC machined billet alloy blanking plug for this, pretty cheap. |

Thanks Doc. Ben is soon to supply me with a new manifold, so I'll ask him, but I understood that he was only doing a non-A plus version. Cheers. |

1 1/16" by me. Thanks. Have also heard from Benjamin that he can do an A+ plug. Cheers. |

Diameter of dizzy body A series and A+ should be the same. I had a Pulsar dizzy in my A series, I then put it into the 1275 A+ by just changing its drive dog and using the A+ finger clamp. |

I'm measuring the shaft of the A series dizzy which slides into the block. I suppose you mean the hole once the dizzy support adapter thingo is removed. |
