Hey all, I machined a backplate today to lighten it, a la Vizard; no it was a no-name, not a 22G270 (Cooper S) one- but yes it was the good stuff, SG iron, not grey cast iron! (I CAN tell the difference- I'm a machinist..)
I'm wondering if all later ones and aftermarket (QH) ones are the same stuff...???
I guess I'll need to machine 'em all to find out!
