Hey guys
Managed to have my first mini written off, saved the boot lid and the motor/gearbox! to get the motor running again l need to replace the following:-

Below is what l am proposing on buying from uk minispares, l am asking members to advise/recommend alternates if im heading down the wrong track.

Hey Dave,

Skip the full roller rockers and get the roller tip. The reason for this is that a bushed rocker has more contact area than a roller rocker does, which has all of the forces pushed against a couple or needles inside the roller bearing (no good).

Have you considered these instead? I am considering the LD rockers...

I'd skip the oil cooler, no need for one. Have never run one in my car, unless you plan to race and are monitoring oil temps and the situation calls for one.

Sorry....

I say if its bog stock with dealer stickers. Leave it and Love it.

Keep it bog-stock.

will retain its value much better in my opinion

I will be keeping the exterior and interior original just want some more out of the motor. I believe my car still has a delivery number on the front windscreen, chrome roof racks and a sun visor

Was only going to run a cooler as it previously had one

Not much difference for a road car, but I figure for $100 more you I might as well since it's already $340 right?
