im puting a hiff44 on my car and im using the metro turbo inlet. the bits where it bolts on are like twice as thick as the extractor brackets so when i tighten the bolts it only tightens the inlet manifold, what have others done to make this work??? i was thinking mayby get it milled down |

You can always shave/grind the nut side down.... you can use a file or grinder or whatever... and it doesnt need to be perfect on that side either... |

Rather than thin the nice thick BMC washer down (likely to bend maybe), it's better to put a blob of weld (MIG or arc) on one side of it, then grind that to get the offset right. The outside of washer needs to sit flat against the nut... |

That should get you out of trouble. |

On Mine, i have the town that arent the fuel inlet, routed into each-other .... (blocks them off) One is the return to the tank (Not needed on my setup - rising rate regulator) The other is part of the "Lean-out" device that that leyland stuck on it.... Basically, you dont need either of them.... After reading on Turbominis.co.uk some time ago, i just joined mine together.... it held the A/F rock solid on the MRC Dyno day.... so again, doing somthing right ! (nice inlet! - got another ?)
