Im sure someone here has replaced a floorpan in a mini before, I am just wondering if you can get them for a mini with fluid suspension, they have the channel down the middle and an extra rib. I have bought one for my 850 and it fits(no channel in 850), all the ones i have seen on ebay and the one i bought dont have the channel. If you cant get one for the hydro setup, is it possible to put the other one in. The ribs dont line up. I have 4 minis and 3 have the drivers floorpan cut out ready to replace. Steve. |

All the ones I've seen here are UK made, with no pipe channels as they didn't have them over there. Also, they are a bit thinner than ours- when I did Anton's 850 the original floor was 1.6mm, the UK front pans I bought were 1.0mm. Yes the ribs don't line up properly, even on the 850 shell. ![]() |

You could replace all 4 pans, or get a whole floor? then clip the pipes and stuff on like early Mini Deluxe and Cooper S had. No channels in floor. ![]() |

I had to replace both front floors on my 70 K sprint mini, used the ready available floor pans and had my friendly sheetmetal guy bend up some channels that I then inserted in the appropriate place in the floor. A bit of work but it worked. Stiffened up the floor too. |

Thanks for all the replys and ideas, i havnt had the net for the weekend so i have only seen them now. I guess i will try and find a shell to cut up, or maybe i will put the replacement panel in and just have them going along touching the panel, they have the cover over them so they should be ok. Thanks again. Steve. |

Well while were on the subject, does anywhere in Aus sell complete floor pans as opposed to 4x floor pan sections?? |
