As part of my 4EFTE engine conversion I am getting a custom radiator and intercooler fabricated and after getting some higher quotes locally in Perth (eg. $780-950 for the radiator and $600 for the intercooler), I turned to getting some quotes from overseas (Hong Kong) and have just received one. Before I order one (or more) of each, I was wondering if anyone is interested is purchasing any as well. I will onsell at cost price.

The intercooler is designed for to sit under the slam panel in a Clubman. Overall intercooler size is 370W x 180H x 55mm with angled end tanks to improve flow and has 2" outlets. This would be suitable for any Turbo or Supercharged Mini engine.
Price will be $120 plus shipping from Perth to you.

The radiator is designed primarily for a Starlet 4EFTE engine conversion and uses the standard Starlet lower hose and a Camry hose for the upper inlet.
Radiator is 300x300x56mm core with 28mm inlet/outlet.
Price will be $130 plus shipping from Perth to you.

To get a good idea on the design, there are some 3D animations here

Anybody interested?

Are you going to run an oil cooler, as well as an Intercooler ?

No oil cooler for me. I won't be running this car too hard or do any track work.
If you're interested, the build is here http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=60133

These items have now been fabricated, delivered and I have 2x intercoolers and 1x radiator left over after the other interested parties took theirs. The company was actually prepared to make as little as ONE of each item but I ordered multiples of each to reduce the overall cost slightly.

I am quite happy with the quality of the fabrication, given that they cost 25% of what the couple of local fabrication shops quoted me. The dimensions I specified were matched well and the majority of the welds look clean and only a tad messy in a couple of minor spots but nothing to worry about.

If anyone is interested in purchasing the leftover items, please contact me (I will probably put them in the for sale section at some point too) Dimensions and prices as above in original post. Click on the pics below to enlarge.

That does look a whole lot better than the civic radiator i have for mine. Mine is probably 400 wide from memory, puts the side of the rad a bit too close to the turbo, especially with a t25.
Ill have to see how my funds are in a few days about the radiator.
The intercooler would be nice, but im planning a fmic outside the body at this stage.

The intercoooler as it stand in the pics will not suit a 4EFTE conversion - I designed it and didn't consider the exhaust manifold and turbo inlet pipe that are in close proximity and have had to get the outlets modified slightly from this design to clear them.

For a normal Mini engine, it would fit no problems (it would block the fresh air intake plastic piece though)
