I can't quite figure out whether he intends to run it on the street or not. It seems to me he has gone to a lot of trouble if it is not a street car. I also like the posts about the twin turbo and the Nissan V6.

Sure would. Why would you put a watts linkage into a drag car? The whole thing looks like it is set up for the street. Have you seen this...particularly tasty. Mini body on an MR2. Mad yanks.

I would dare say that it will be a road car, they dont have the road rules we have here, they can do just about anything. I have seen registered v8 ah sprites over there too.

I would think it would be bloody quick, but I dont think it will handle very well. Still could be a hell of a lot of fun
The yanks will stick a v8 in any thing they can.
Cheers.
Dave.

He claims it fits so nice (LS1 v8 ) it's like it was made for it, and yet there's a massive hole where the firewall should be and the rear cylinders come back past the lower dash rail. Where is he going to be sitting?

Still, such madness is to be encoraged. Oh to live in a country where engineers certs aren't required...

And people call me mad

That is a monster.
If he does get traction he'd better have wheelie bars, else he's gonna turn turtle!
