Yeah i was bored and surfing ebay and i came across a link to electric superchargers. They run on 12volts straight from your battery so no strain on your alternator and claim to push quite a bit of air, so i considered it but then i read on other forums on here that our minis prefer a pull through not a push so that kind of rules these out. But i guess for other cars they might work. I found some forums with quite heated debates as to whether these things are a scam or actually work. I cant remember where i saw it..... but i've seen some dickhead clamp a small 12 volt garden blower-vac to the inlet pipe on his Swift GTI.... and he THOUGHT it was giving him boost...... i think not..... "stupid IS as stupid DOES" |

You may have more luck using a mini heater fan.....plum it and flick the switch
