IF you can work out how to move the RHD rack rearwards by 1-1/2", it'll fit.. ![]() Shouldn't be rocket science, ay! |

I was reading on the 16 valve forum where the UK guys are having problems with the floor pans in their Honda conversions around the rear mount area. It appears to be bending the floor pan. Much debate on the correct type of strengthening that appears to be needed. There again most of them appear to be manic leadfoots. |

If somebody was going to the trouble of fitting a VTEC into their shell, its probably at a point where cutting and welding the shell is not a problem.... In this case, could they GRAFT a channel into the floor that the steering rack would recess into?? The only problem I would see with this is the allowable pedal travel distance would be halved ![]() ![]() |
