G'day Guys hope everyone is well.

Quick question. Who runs 13's by &'s or 8's?

What tyre's are available & what do you personally run on them?

dean chris runs 13x7's with the same tyres as what are on my 13x6's.. They fit nice on both size wheels. sime 175/50/13s,, $80-$90 a tyre. I think with the power you will be putting out you should find some 195/50/13's,, i think continental make them.

What's with the sime tyres fitting 2 rim sizes? Wouldn't they look crap on one rim and good on another?

Conversion is moving along.

Engine is currently getting built up to specs.

Slow part is waiting for all the parts to be delivered.

We are running two Rovers on 13 x 7 Performance Superlites.

We run 195x45x13 Dunlops on Johns and I run 175 x 50 x13 Syme on mine.

Continental do make a 195x45x13 but not in Australia. We are waiting for the distributor to find out if they can import some for us.

175 size tyres are for 6.5 inch rims hence being able to fit on 6 and 7's... the look great on 6's and on 7's there streched a little but no where near the limit of them.

Ummm... how do you guys get around the RTA's track widening restrictions when using these monster wheels?

Isn't it a 1" over stock (OK.. Cooper S) track width limit?
I bet Twincammini's is waaaay beyond that!

he means because the 205 tyres are so wide the tyre will be squashed in, causing the tyre to roll ( looks like this (=) if you can pictur it)

Nah, 205s should be fine on an 8" rim.
But I am interested in how to get around the 1" rule, short of engineering approval...
