| Post subject: | Best air filter |
I happened to drive my miini home from the mechanics the other day without the air filter on(I figured it was only tarmac and not that far), I noticed a significant increase in power, I was wondering what would be a good filter to buy to minimise the air restriction because I don't want to put that filter back on now but I'm gonna damage something if I don't. |

piper cross is a composite foam with some sort of polimer used by alot of rally teams makka |

K & N Filters are expensive but you can "recharge them" - in other words wash them and re-oil the filters. Are you thinking of changing just the filter or the whole air filter assembly? I replaced my standard filters and housing on my twin SUs with K&N pancake style filters and the difference in noise levels was quite substancially louder, it's a much better sound but it can get to you if you drive long distances

the piper cross can be cleaned and recharged also here are some piccy's put ya sunnys on they are bling

Makka....any idea of coin???? they do look very bling. Running ramflo's atm....don't think too much of them
