 Post subject: Give it a good reaming

I just bought the overhaul kit for the rear suspension arms and it says something about having to ream the outer bronze bush with service tool 18g 588 etc etc. I there a way I can do this without having to find a service tool.

Not really. :cry: If you have a 13/16" adjustable reamer, you can fit a guide bar to it and a bush to locate in the other end needle bearing.
If not properly reamed in line, the shaft won't go thru... :x

If you find a Mini repair place, most have a reamer for this job. I got mine done by Mini Classic in Ermington, Sydney. :wink:
