as the title suggests how can i tell the differance between the two (with it still in the car). :?

If the dizzy is held in with a finger clamp and ONE bolt into the block (like a Holden etc), it's A+.
If it has a split dizzy clamp with horizontal bolt/nut, & bolts into a flange, it's A series. :wink:
