Hi guys I just had a though and was wondering if I'm on the right track...

If I was going to supercharge my 1100 in a suck-through arrangement (hypothetically) would the 42mm weber be able to supply enough fuel? I think it will be able to as most mini charger setups use a single HIF44. I know on N/A each cylinder only sees one barrel of a weber carb, but if its mounted before the supercharger then it will have both barrels shoving air/fuel in.

(My other thought was a blow-through turbo setup mounted over the clutch housing, but I would need a boost-proofed 45... but I don't really like the whole restrictor ring setup in a blow-through to make the carb boost sensitive)

I'm trying to figure out some ways to add some more kick in the future using what I've got and without going big-block.

A standard 45mm Weber will cope with small amount of boost in a blow through set up. Probably around 5-7psi. I spoke to a guy Peter, at Holley Products (http://www.holleycarbs.com.au) over here in WA, and he seems to know a hell of a lot about carbs. I was discussing with him Webers and boost, and that's basically what he told me. Feel free to give him a call, he's very helpful.

It looks like I have sold Low'n Blown, however the guy wants me to convert it back to NA. This means I may be selling the complete supercharger setup off the car including the bonnett and gilmer drive setup. It is a complete bolt on setup. If you interested lookin for $2k. PM me
