Hi all
I got my motor back from the engine mob and all the oil and water gallerys are still full of crap. I told them to acid bath it but obviously this just loosens the stuff. In a perfect world I would just blast it with a pressure cleaner, but this is obviously not the best idea. I have a Kero gun attachment for my air compressor so I will probly use that.

OK, to the question. Does anyone know where I can get those big pipe cleaners like Vizard mentions?.

Thanks all

I get a few foam earplugs on a piece of wire and drag em through the main gallery, after I've pressure blasted it with degreaser.
Then I hose it with water, airblast it, put a torch at other end and have a good look through it. I replace the brass plugs at every rebuild (I make new ones).
The smaller galleries to the bearings never seem to get crap stuck in them- I just poke a drill in there after degreasing, and then blow them out.
