Anyone seen a Reece fish carb for sale? ever? what would i have to pay to obtain one? bearing in mind it is illegal to traffic body parts for profit! cheers. |

there was one on ebay a couple of years ago, around $150 I think... I was keen, but Dr Mini talked me out of it.... woulda been funny to have on the shelf at least. |

Hi! Watch eBay.co.uk, they are sold there not often but quiet regulary. Prices range from 20 to 130 sterling pound. So chances are good to cath one! The more "popular" 1.25" version is sold often and, im comparison, cheap. The big 1.5" version is pretty rare and expensive. If you look forward buying a reece-fish carb, try to get a complete set with original reece/fish inlet manifold and telescopic throttle-slide. If your`r running a standart 1275cc engine a 1.25" one should be sufficient. For more HP than stock, try to get an 1.5". I may have a 1.25" one to sell! I just don`t know if I should sell, or use it for spare-parts ![]() But as I`m from Germany shipment propably isn`t a bargain ![]() It`s the right one: ![]() If you are interestet, I have a digital copy of David Vizard, writing about the Fish carb.
