If you grind an 1100 cam (which is pin drive) it will fit any 1275, as long as you use a Cooper S oil pump. You would have to tap one screw hole if it's not an S block.
Note the cam lobes on Cooper S and all 1275s are 1/2" wide, all the other cams are 3/8" wide. On the street it makes bugger-all difference though.
RE-13 has a good lobe radius- it doesn't wear the tops off the lobes like Camtech VP3 ones do.
<edit> Above comment applies to 850 and 998 camshafts as well as 1098.
<edit 2) Even if a cam has been reground already, it can usually take another regrind, unless it's a full house race one.
The one in my car now is on its 4th from new..
(Stock S, Bert Jones 30/70, 731, RE-13).
