G'day,
Im about to fit a 40mm dellorto to my 1100 clubie, im using ram tubes with Foam filter sox as my air filter, however there is large hole in the top left fuel bowl, which is exposed to the fresh air, can someone tell me what it is for, and is it safe to leave it uncovered? Has anyone found a way of filtering it when using Ram Tubes?[/img]
It's there to vent the float bowl, Webers have the same.
A Dellorto also has a vented plate above the jets, perhaps this is sufficient if you were to block the other BIG one?
Not sure.. never done it- but worth a try.
