Hi Guys Can any recommend a good machinest to do the Crank, Block And/Or Head, in WA? Also where do you guys recommend buying a rebuild kit from, any ideas on price? What would be a good Cam to go for without changing the valve springs or rockers? Cheers Adam |

Where abouts in Perth, Adam? South - Al at Mini Central http://www.minicentral.com.au/ N.o.R. - Cono at Minicraft Never had any work done by Cono, but bought bits from there. Great reputation. Can personally recommend Al - knows his stuff & good rates ![]() Mike PS Next time you see MiniVan, remind him I'm still waiting for that carton! |

Machining: I use Harris Engines in Osborne Park. Probably used them for 10 engines in so many years (don't worry, different cars, different engines or modifications to). Ask for Mark and say Dave sent you. He knows his stuff and can also get the parts (pistons, rings, bearing etc.) at a reasonable price or you could supply your own (after having he check the sizes requierd. Then for parts I use Jack (or Cono) at MiniCraft, again always dealt with him and never had a problem. Cheers, Dave |
