I have a 77 Clubman and i am wondering if the steering column braket that attaches to the dash rail should go above or below the pedal box brackets. |

They go below - I have had to drop the steering column to replace a rack and didn't need to drop the pedal box. Dropping the pedal box is a difficult job as they come. |
