Ok as above needle and Spring reccomendations for a 998 with extractors/ mild cam / head work using an HS6 carb ????????

thats a hard question the hs carbys a good needles bend so easy in them

have you tried the fixed needle type carby ?

you can only use a few needles and the seat has to be perfect in that carby

all I can think of is trial an error with every type of needle and spring you can borrow till you find the one that you like even if the needles and springs come from a different carby
