Is there anything stopping me getting an ego sensor put in my extractors? Does it matter where it is, or does it have to be after the 3 branches form into one?

Also... no reason why I cant use this...

...with a carb engine and an ego sensor in the extractors?

Ooo thanks. Think it might be some good wank for my car.

Guess it's off to see Pete my Mini Mechanic, who is now running a Datto/Nissan wreckers, to get an EGO sensor. 8)

Did it, done it, got the Dick Smith version in the Moke. A good little toy but not accurate enough to actually tune the car. Mine has highlighted some strange stuff happening with my carb.
The sensor really only tells you if the mixture is more or less than 14.7 to 1. Not very good for chasing 12 or 13 to one mixtures.
I find I follow the bar chart because the digital readout is slow to react and delayed.
If I was building another I would just get the slim version with the bar chart only.
The Dick Smith version fits neatly into the ash tray holder on the Moke Dash, so mounting it is easy.
