Though it won't be happening this week I am am slowly getting closer to painting my brake calipers. Just wondering if any of you folk out there could take a photo of your brakes through your wheels, since thats how they are seen the most.

My colour options are silver, red or dark blue, though I'm leaning towards black more since they all end up that shade eventually anyway.

So if you have any of those colours on your brakes and have a photo handy, could you post it up for me?

Thanks.

Funny this topic should come up... I was at the supercheap 20% sale today and spent 15mins looking at the brake calliper paint selection deciding on what colour!

I think red is hot, but my car is already red. Yellow seems ok, but it will look a tad odd so I chose regular silver  Full sleeper look :P

I think red would look good on your car

I think I'll knock out silver, since it wont be seen through the silver wheels and rotors.
I thought blue would match nicely with the car, but I'd want it to be the right shade, red looks good, but so far my car only uses black, blue or silver all throughout it, and the red might look out of place. Black of course would match everything subframe related.
I'm also thinking I'd like the calipers and engine to be the same colour.
I'll work something out eventually.
Thanks for the help guys, keep the pics coming if have any of them assembled!

 Nah, not quite. It's a common old Gemini one. I reckon I could fit to a Mini, except the inlet fitting points to the CV...

Well it's now been pulled apart, kitted to match the other one and I've put both back together (almost). All the seals etc are now in, but....
Chong got the wrong bridge seals.... :?

I'm sure he will post a pic after he paints it `whatever' colour. 8)

Maaaate, Dunlop KT26 is the only shoe I buy to stomp around in. They fit me, and when the heels wear down a bit they make bloody good driving shoes. 8)
Cheap, tooo.
