That heater was exactly what i was thinking of has anyone ever used one, how many amps does it draw? Does it put much load on the alternator?

As for the air con i have considered the power usage and am hoping to get a bigger engine (for other reasons as well as air con) hehehehe

Just wondering if it has been done thats all?

Yeah, i've heard of those leccy heaters bieng used in some hot rods, but they are nowhere near as effective as the old coolant type. Plus, in summer you can the turn on the heater for some extra engine cooling when the temp hits the red

A bit too late to PM brickworx, he's on his way as we speak. I know he has at least one aircon unit in the back of the truck...
