ive got a set of LCB's 4 the van (the were on the old 1100) just wondering if there is a different size....as i have a 940 head with HUGE ports, looks like they will be the only thing slowing the flow, only just bought then 3mnths ago blake ![]() |

If it's still an 1100 motor, I would keep them on. Most of the Oz made LCBs- Perry etc (NOT Brownrigg) are the same for 850-998-1098-1275. I would not make them too big.. and I hope your 940 head is not ported too big either (going onto a 1098). Maniflow make a small bore LCB (for smallbores), a med bore one (for 1275 etc) and a large bore one (for real big motors/racing). ![]() |

Maniflow make a small bore LCB (for smallbores), a med bore one (for 1275 etc) and a large bore one (for real big motors/racing). ![]() i am looking at getting a set of LCB's and RC40's sometime in the future (next year...not much money left after the panel and paint work...need to save)...i plan on having a real monster motor in the mini eventually...but will be starting off with a 1275 A+ (non-modded) would it be better to plan for the future and get the large bore one? or step it up? i'd rather plan for the future coz a full set in stainless is gonna set me back around $1000 ![]() |
