The leather would cost him alot more than that, he'd be losing money. Although he could skin the cow himself to save a penny.. 
you can get vinyl that looks VERY similar to leather.. |

to make it cheaper, do you think it possible to get old 2nd hand couches and use the leather from that? would it be enough to cover the front seats? have a van, no need for the rears. Cheers Aaron |

I was chatting to a guy once who had a beautiful 850 fully trimmed in leather. He said he paid $1400, and that was mates rates. My vinly seems to fool everyone....they always say "ooohhhhh, nice leather"
