Post subject: | 12" wheel offsets |
k, the wheels I bought from Tempe Tyres look gorgeous and might work well with 145 tyres and if you want tyres inside your guards. But I dont. Tempe Tyre 12" Superlight 'copies' have an offset of 31. True Performance Wheels 12" Superlights have an offset of 16. An offset of 31 means the nuts are virtually inline with the outer edge of the wheel, which means the tyre is pretty much all 'behind' the point at which it bolts to the car. An offset of 16 means the tyre will stick out from the car a little more.... 15mm more. Id like a 12" wheel with an offset of 0 or thereabouts. Does anyone know of a 12" Mini wheel with a low offset? My 10" mags must have an offset of around 0 coz they stick out heaps... and I want that same look with my 12s ![]() |

UK can get 12x6 now, (Minilight or Revolite) not sure about here yet. IMO 13x6 wheels belong on a boat trailer.. (mine) not a Mini! ![]() |
