Just an idea....

Looks like it replaces your drain plugwith a "Tap" - great idea actually !

Anyone got anything like this ?

i have seen them advertised for my PT Cruiser and it would be good for that carr, but the mini.... doing motorkhana's i can imagine it catching on something and draining the oil on me, and that couldn't be good. :cry:

I think its only useful for traditional engine and box oil separate setup. In a sump mounted g'box I'd like as big a sump plug as possible, I've seen all the crap that comes out of the box, comes oil change time. That tap'll be blocked pretty soon.

On a mini box I'd be afraid of cloating the tap on some stone or something or just wiping the thing off and all the oil draining out :shock:

Good idea though, just not on a mini IMO :wink:
