Hydraulic Handbrake = FUN

You can do it cheaper than that if you want. A mate has one, and I'm planning to fit one to my Moke. He used a clutch slave cyl from some Land Rover that has two screw-in ports. They cost less than $100 new.

You have to move the pressure valve from the rear subframe to BEFORE the hydraulic handbrake, otherwise it does not work very well. Just gut the original pressure valve and fit a seond one in the engine bay. Make up a strong bracket to hold it and a removable handle so you can disable it for road or RWC - easy.

Had a thought the other day. Since my Moke is going to be Auto, I could fit the Land Rover clutch slave to the clutch pedal, so the hydraulic "handbrake" is foot operated. Very illegal, but could be FUN! :D
