as far as the metro 4 pots go, I couldnt find a straight replacement pad, so I used a set for a Mercedes light commercial. The pad was bigger in width and height, locator/pin holes matched pretty well, I got them machined down so that they JUST fitted in the caliper, which means greater pad/rotor contact than the old pad, whatever it was 8)
