Yeah machining is just so-so and they don't hand finish them. it's worth running a flap wheel thru the bores to get the burrs off and tidy it up.
Also, the diameter at the top flange is only ~42mm. If you wanna run a 45, be prepared to do a little metal removal to get it out to 45mm+. A carbide burr in a die grinder is best, but it will work in an electric drill. Just takes longer..
