No way I would use copper, yes it does work harden with age and vibration.
Steel hydraulic lines for me, but if that proves too difficult, I'll go with swaged fitting hydraulic hoses. 8)

Seeing as how the load carrying ability will be reduced to that of a sedan....you should get a break on rego :lol:

not to mention that it'll also make less power than a stock 850

I don't see how putting Mini hydro on a van is any more worrying than putting Metro discs on a Mini, or converting a wet Mini to dry, if we are talking `legalities'.
What the hell, it's just another bloody Mini... :lol:
Note it will have front shocks, and hydro comp rear bumpstops- these are Aeon springs and can carry a load. Not that this van will ever carry anything in back. 8)
