Wrong.

If your car has provisions for seatbelts (i.e. the bolt holes top and bottom of the b-pillar) then seat belts MUST be fitted.

IF an inspector looks for the seat belt bolt holes in your pre '69 mini, but sees there are NONE..... ONLY THEN can you legally not have seatbelts.

Sorry to ruin your party :lol:
