Needed a 12V feed, but had to be switched. Different setup to the 16ACR etc. Mini-K never had that brown/blue wire anyway.
Won't turn lamp out from memory with ign off unless you switch the S feed..

I do have a vague memory of chasing this at one stage and finding that the wiring somehow reversers after leaving the alternator.I don't know what the previous owner did to the wiring ,and I must get around to doing a proper fix one day, but for the time being it does work the way it is wired.It doesn't if i swap them around.
I'd say what you have is correct.
