Have you spoken to Link Automotive/ HP Performance Products, as they do a bolt on kit using a Optcon Autorotor Twin Screw Compressor, and has been tested and proven. It sucks through an SU, not blow through, and all Supercharger, manifold, pulleys, brackets, nuts and bolts are all new parts. Its the kit I use and reccomend. I havent been on the dyno yet but power is approx 120hp.

The kit from Hans at HPP is a good one - albeit a little pricey(not much change from $5K) but is tried and proven plus comes with all the bits and pieces for you to bolt on.
