1275 pressed steel ones with the oval pads are recognised as the best rocker BMC made, lift wise. They are close to 1.3.
Mini Se7en racers in UK run them, I've heard.
One way to improve the lift of both the pressed steel, and Cooper S forged rockers was fit a set of offset bushes. I did a set of S ones years ago.
Sadly, these bushes are NLA now. You would have to get them made.

Maybe TheMiniman can set up and run 1,000 or so if we ask nice...
