Where`s the air filter???,,,,well,,,that pic was from so long ago (from just after fitting the engine) & we hadn`t even got the pipercross filter onto it at that stage,,,but we did later & then ended up swapping for the 1"&3/4 SU carb anyways

not mucking with any of that stuff on my own car anymore,,,full sequential Autronic engine management system for me now the bummer is tho,,,i have to actually pay someone else to tune it for me

You should put your heart & soul into everything you do.

Don't you find that with twin carbies over 1.5 inch the air signal across the jet gets to slow at low RPM and the low speed drivabilty gets a bit ragged? Vizard once wrote in CCC that if SU's were made in Italy everyone would rave about them.
