Hmmm I thought there was a thread in how-to forum to do the Bosch alternator fitup, but there isn't..
There is a thread here somewhere, do a search...
Many here have done it with a Bosch off a Pulsar (very similar)- it's mainly a case of mounting it so the pulley lines up, and lengthening the adjuster so it reaches the lug bolt on the alt.
If you use 2x Mini ones bolted together to reach, weld the 2 together after you are happy with it, or they will MOVE...
With the Pulsar Bosch alternator, the spacer washer behind the drive pulley is removed to move pulley in closer.
Then the brown wires from solenoid are attached to the `+' or `BAT' stud, and the yellow/brown IND wire goes onto the appropriate pin of the control wire socket.
The other control wire is run from 12V+ on the lower fuse (switched with ignition)
That's it!
