 Post subject: Pulsar Dizzy question

I have gotten a pulsar distributor and modified it to fit no worries.
When i hook up the blue wire to -ve and the black with white trace to +ve i get no spark. But if i put both of them on the +ve side it fire no worries.
Is there something wrong here?

It still runs better than the lucas one did.

OK coil is hooked up with power to + and - to earth
then dizzy blue wire to coil -ve
and dizzy black/white wire to coil +ve

I have another problem now it starts cutting out after 1min at 100km/h
if you let it idle for a while all is good again.
You can putt around with no problems,it's just at 100km/h or there abouts

<edit> all sorted now twas a earthing issue it was. 8)

+ you get a better "fatter" spark, and never have to change a set of points again :D
