Funny how it's not illegal to buy caliper paint.... :lol:
BTW, standard finish on S brake calipers was iron oxide... :wink:

I had thought on getting the parts black oxided, but painting is easier and cheaper for me to do.

I spoke to the local mini mechanic today, who also happens to be a licenced RWC person, and he says that you're allowed to paint your brake calipers. Brake specialist whill prolly tell you otherwise so that they can sell you another set of calipers.
