If you know someone with a lathe and could be bothered
buy a standard Grade 10 bolts they can be resized bolt head and knurl the shank.
Bolt cost 45c ea where I get em. I have also seen prices of 85% off list, but you need to be in the industry for this pricing

I would not mess about with modifying bolts, not worth the risk. Just buy the proper S studs- they fit properly and will last forever, unless some tyre gorilla rattle guns `em... :lol:

$3.06 ea at Karcraft. :wink:

True, for the amount of time and effort i would have spent on the lathe, the purchase was well worth it.
Would rather spend what time i have on my daihastu sirion conversion :D
