found this they are japanese make as they love 10'' rims and all have 8.4'' discs

I think it's just a big-ass spacer.
If you want 10's and 8.4's, just put the rims on backwards. 8)

no,,,they`re a special made alloy wheel & look very similar to "S" rims,,,just with HUGE motha of an offset,,,not recomended if you want your wheel brgs to last , but if you wanted to beef up your arm muscles then grab a set :-)

The brakes are next to the wheel, not inside it.. any smart design ideas like `zero scrub radius' went out the window. :lol:
