Make one to go on the old fuel pump flange, but BAFFLE IT!. Or it will chuck gobs of oil up there. I found this out...

 Why not reshape the sidecover one, that's really the best spot for it.

How about bringing it out of the fuel pump hole and then immediately enlarge it to a much bigger size to slow down the air carrying the oil. A windage tray could also help here. I am working on the prototype now BTW.

I took an S one, cut it and mounted it onto a fuel pump sized flange. It's pretty big at bottom- 1"? but over 4000 rpm the crank & rods chucked solid oil up there and it made like 007's Aston.
I was running a PCV valve but they don't suck that hard.
If you do it, I think it needs a plate baffle across it so the oil can drip back into the sump.

1" doesn't sound anywhere like big enough to me. The windage tray should stop 99% anyway.

You can't really make it any bigger than the hole in the block... unless you mill the hole out.
A windage tray would help I guess, but I've gone off those after what GR told me (no measurable power gain).
I might make another S type breather up with a baffle plate added inside the block, when I build the 1412 stroker....
