 Post subject: Lost one bonnet

Sometime over the weekend someone saw fit to hacksaw the bonnet from a Cooper S at the Perth dealers.

So if anyone hears of a 2006 R53 MCS bonnet with xenon lights for sale, shout out.

Interesting that all that was taken was the bonnet and the 2 side repeaters.

The passenger side window was broken to gain access to the bonnet release, odd that as the R53 release is on the drivers side, the R56 is on the passdenger side.

Can't see the pics without being a member unfortunately...


This is the sorta thing I've heard dodgy panel beaters like to do to save a few dollars on a repair job....I don't reckon I would hacksaw off a bonnet only to throw it on Ebay anyway.
